Paulo is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a BS in Kinesiology and MA in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. His passion is guiding patients through their rehabilitation to help them reach their specific health and fitness goals. Prior to his career in physical therapy, Paulo worked in the finance and collegiate game operations industry. During the pandemic, he was inspired by his wife’s nursing practice to help others in their journey to recovery. Today, Paulo specializes in strength training, myofascial release therapy, mobility, sport performance, and balance training. Outside of work, Paulo is an avid cyclist and enjoys playing basketball, boxing, golf, and spending time with his family and dog, Lapu.
Phoebie graduated from CSUN with a Bachelor in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Prior to becoming a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Phoebie has worked as a Physical Therapy aide in both outpatient orthopedic settings and inpatient acute rehab. Phoebie has been passionate about Physical Therapy since high school and is looking forward to helping with patients of all ages with different conditions through manual therapeutic techniques, mobility, and strengthening. Phoebie was a high school tennis player who now currently enjoys hiking, running, and occasionally plays video games.
